Product Questions:

 

1. Will the gift basket I order look like the picture?

 

The baskets will contain the products listed in the description, but since they are put together by hand, they do vary related to how they look.  It may not be exactly like the picture, but it will be very close.

 

2. How fresh are the products?

 

Products are ordered as needed to keep them as fresh as possible.  Quality is important and the products are monitored and the baskets are not put together until the order is placed.

 

3. What if there is a problem with my order?

 

If there is any problem with your order, please call our customer service line as soon as possible.  Our agents are standing by to manage you problem with respect and help to determine the best way to resolve any issues.  Please note, most issues require that the basket be shipped back to us for evaluation to help us manage issues in the future.

 

4. When I order, how quickly will my order ship?

 

Orders ship within 24 hours of the order, unless there is a special request.  Special requests ship in 72 hours to 15 business days depending of special order.  This is important to help manage shipping costs for our customers and deliver our products as soon as possible.

 

5. Are there products with special shipping recommendations?

 

Yes!  During the summer months, any of our baskets that can be affected by the heat are recommended to be shipped next day or 2 day air.  This is due to possible that the chocolate in the basket will melt if left to the elements.  We do not guarantee packages with heat effected products from May to October.

 

6. What if I need to change my order?

 

If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible.  Orders ship within 24 hours so it is imperative that you catch any changes as soon as possible.  Our customer service agents will do their best to manage your request.

 

Shipping Questions:

 

1. How are the orders shipped?

 

The orders are shipped a variety of ways, depending on location of the recipient, shipping mode chosen at ordering.  We utilize the US postal system, UPS, and Federal Express depending on shipping choice and time for delivery.

 

2.  What happens if my package arrives late or there is a problem?

 

If there are any problems with the order, please call our customer service number as soon as possible to let us know and allow us to develop a resolution. 

 

3. How are the orders packed for shipping?

 

All the gift baskets are packed for shipping with materials to keep the baskets stable in the box.  We do our best to make sure your order gets to your loved one in the same condition that it left the facility.

 

4. Can I ship to a PO box or an APO address?

 

Our gifts need to be shipped to an address to assure freshness and quality.  Therefore, we do not ship to PO boxes.  We are able to ship to APO addresses but can not guarantee the freshness of the products due to a lack of control over shipping times and management of the gift.  There is also an extended preparation time for APO addresses due to preparation of custom forms.  Please call customer service to get more information about shipping to an APO.

 

5.  Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

 

We will do our best to make arrangements to have a gift delivered by a certain date, but be are not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date.  We are not able to control shipping details like this due to the nature of our shipping options.  If you are looking for a specific date, please call our customer service office and we will try to help and make recommendations.

 

6. Do you deliver outside the US?

 

No, at this time we are not able to deliver outside the United States.

 

Payment Questions:

 

1. Is my credit card safe with your company?

 

Yes, absolutely!  In this time of identity theft, protecting your information is very important to us.  We take extra measures to protect your information and request that if there are any problems or questions, please call customer service.

 

2. When will I be billed for the order?

 

At the point of the order, your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the order.  The card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

 

3. How will the charge appear on my statement?

 

Finely Finished Gifts is a part of a larger company called CalKen Group LLC.  It should appear as Finely Finished Gifts, but has appeared as the parent company.  If there is a problem, let us know as soon as possible.

 

4. Will there be sales tax on my order?

 

Finely Finished Gifts, and the parent company CalKen Group LLC, are located in the state of Washington.  If your gift is shipped to Washington, tax will be assessed.  You will see that Tax has been added to your order at the time or checkout if tax applies to your order.

 

Guarantee Questions:

 

1. Are your products guaranteed?

 

Yes, absolutely.  We stand behind our products 100% and strive to provide quality gifts.  The only time we are not able to stand behind our products is when heat effected products, like chocolate, are shipped by ground shipping in the summer.  We recommend that those be shipped next day or 2nd day air.  Even so, if there is a problem, we will do out best to resolve the issue with our customers to the best of our ability.

 

Sale Questions:

 

1. Do you ever have sales?

 

Yes!  Our current coupons are located on our home page.  There is always a special running, whether it's free standard shipping or sales on seasonal products.  Just check the home page for the special currently available.

 

General Questions:

 

1. Can I order by phone?

 

Our customer service agents will be happy to take phone orders.  They will be entered into our order system and filled as if they were placed over our internet site.

 

2. How do you manage your email list, if I sign up?

 

We understand that signing up for our email list comes with concern related to how it will be used.  We do not sell or offer our customer's information to any other business.  We also try not to over use our list of customers, sending information only quarterly.  You can also easily unsubscribe if you choose to remove you name from our mailings.
